Hotel Como

The breakfast is hot and rich, fab food.

My room included a private safe, air conditioner and a mini bar. The breakfast was varied and above average with many options and had plenty of food. The service was absolutely efficient.

The bathroom was a little small.

Rooms newly renovated, everything very clean, good equipment; had a free upgrade to a suite, our suite was to the inner courtyard and therefore very quiet, although there is a lot of traffic all around; hotel parking spaces directly in front of the door; 12 min. walk to the old town of Ravenna.

Air conditioning did not work; high price, but is typical for Como.

Very nice staff, also to small children. Wonderful, rich, fresh breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool with deckchairs+showers on the roof. Would be very happy to stay again.

The breakfast was delicious, it had every day fresh breads. The beds were very comfortable. The situation's perfect. about 5-10 minutes to the market. Old town approx. 15 minutes away.

Too bad the bar wasn't open any longer.

An enjoyable stay in the old town. Got a nice size and well-equipped room with incredible views of the mountains and central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. Quiet location with restaurants and bars walking distance to the place.

perfect base for exploring como's historical landmarks and nature

We enjoyed a spacious room with great air conditioning. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of hot and cold options. The easy access to the Civic Art Gallery and picturesque park views made our weekend strolls nice.

Unfortunately the beds at the pool are limited and there are no parasols.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, free parking in front of the house and we were able to leave the car in the hotel even after we had checked it out and store the groceries we had bought instead of storing them in the warm car.

It would have to be cleaned a little better. The floor was quite dirty and there was hair from the previous tenant in the bathroom. That shouldn't happen in a 4-star house.

The bed reminded me of a cloud. The staff were very good, our requests were met promptly.

The room size was smaller than expected.

The hotel was convenient for access to and from the motorway system. Parking could be problematic in season. We did not need the car during our stay, every thing we needed was within walking distance.

There is a building site adjacent to the hotel so the next 12 months may not be so relaxing especially through the week days.

Breakfast very good. Parking available, garage for a fee. Great location. Pool and great roof terrace. Staff very friendly and helpful

Family with children recommend it for the pool

We had a blast at the rooftop pool. And let me tell you, after a long day, that cold water was everything we needed.

Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got, it felt acceptable.

The hotel is modern, the furniture new. Very family-friendly, large rooms. The staff very courteous and friendly.

Unfortunately we had to order at the bar on the roof until 22.30 and at 23.00 we were told that we should leave.
